Refunds for Subscriptions

Overview

This article covers refunds for individual subscriptions on CGCircuit.


Policy

  1. No refunds, unless both of the following are true:
    • 0% watch time (no tutorials have been viewed), and no files have been downloaded.
    • When both conditions are met, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
  2. Cancel & renewals

    You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewals are non-refundable.

  3. Form of refund

    At CGCircuit’s discretion, refunds may be issued as a payment reversal or as store credit.

  4. Promotions

    If the subscription was purchased with discounts/coupons, we’ll consider that in our anti-abuse review and may prefer store credit.

  5. Content-specific issues

    If your request involves specific content (including non-resolvable playback compatibility on supported systems), we may ask you to contact the author first; we’ll provide the simplest method. If no good-faith resolution is reached, CGCircuit will decide under this policy.


How to request a refund (when eligible)

  1. From the account email on the subscription, write to info@cgcircuit.com with subject: Subscription refund request.
  2. Include: last charge date, plan term (monthly/annual), and a statement confirming 0% watch time and no downloads (plus system/browser details if citing playback compatibility).
  3. We’ll verify and respond with next steps.
