Reset Your Password
Overview
Recover access safely with a reset link sent to your email.
Steps
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Enter your account email and submit.
- Open the “Reset your CGCircuit password” email and follow the link (it expires after a short time).
- Choose a strong new password and sign in.
Didn’t get the reset email? Do this:
Wait 2–3 minutes, then refresh your inbox.
Search, don’t scroll:
CGCircuit
subject:(reset OR password)
from:(cgcircuit.com)
orfrom:(no-reply@cgcircuit.com)
- Check All Mail if your client has it.
Spam/Junk: open the message and click Not spam so future emails land in Inbox.
Filtered tabs/folders:
- Gmail: Promotions, Updates, Forums, All Mail
- Outlook: Other (vs Focused), Junk, Clutter
- Apple Mail/iCloud: Junk, any Rules or smart folders
- Yahoo/Zoho/etc.: Spam and any custom folders
- Rules/filters & blocked lists: remove any rule that moves/deletes messages with “password”, “reset”, or *@cgcircuit.com.
- Allowlist & Contacts: add support@cgcircuit.com and no-reply@cgcircuit.com to Contacts; allowlist *@cgcircuit.com if your client supports it.
- Resend the reset email from the Forgot password page.
- Check for typos in your address (e.g., gmal.com). If wrong, retry with the correct email or ask Support to update your account email.
- Work/School email? Ask IT to release the message from quarantine and *allowlist @cgcircuit.com on the mail gateway.
- Still stuck? Email support@cgcircuit.com with your account email, when you requested the reset, and which steps you tried.
